I have over 15 years training experience starting with strength and power training for rugby but quickly moved towards the gym and away from the pitch. I’ve competed in both powerlifting and bodybuilding competitions within various federations.

Helping people lead a healthier, fitter, more mobile and ultimately happier life is why I work in the fitness industry. I’ve worked alongside my clients helping them reach their personal goals and develop new life habit. I strive to work my hardest to not only achieve your goal, but to do so in a way that will hopefully show you that you can include fitness around your life, not let it become your whole life.

A scientifically researched approach, back by real life application allows me to provide a structured, periodised plan to bring you the results you want.

Fitness has been a huge part of my life for over 15 years but from an early age I have been very active.

Since I discovered weight training I have never looked back. It’s a great way to get fitter, stronger and target specific areas. Create curves at the right places, re-shape and change body composition.

I have experience in competitive bodybuilding, have done over 10 shows in figure division, competed at the Arnold Classic in Ohio placing 4th and I am former British champion.

I can help to improve your general fitness and well being through healthy life style changes.

I started working in the industry in 2002, and have been a personal training qualifications Trainer/Assessor since 2009. In terms of my own training I have competed as a kettlebell sport lifter, indoor rower, strongman and weightlifter. In 2014 I won an IUKL World Championships silver medal in Hamburg representing England.

I’m qualified as a Biomechanics Coach and Exercise Referral Specialist and specialise in working with clients on improving mobility and movement all the way from working with people with chronic injuries and pain to working with athletes on moving better for improved performance.

I have clients who have successfully avoided surgery by improving movement and many have managed to come off prescription painkillers, athletes who have improved performance and rehabilitated injuries. Often these clients had already unsuccessfully tried several methods to get these results.

I take a keen interest in all things related to improving body composition, strength and conditioning all of my life. I am constantly educating myself and furthering my knowledge and thus building a reputation as a results based PT.

As a National level, successful, strongman competitor I am in the perfect position to help and guide all levels of professional and non-professional athletes with their training and nutrition.

Dealing with Powerlifters, Strongmen, and Bodybuilders allows me the ability to offer this high level of information to people in the gym who want to lose weight, put on lean muscle tissue and get stronger with outstanding results.
