Dorian Yates will be here Saturday 4th December from 4pm.

The event will comprise of:

Training Session with tips & advice
Short Q & A
Photo & Autograph opportunity

One lucky person will get the once in a lifetime opportunity to be trained by Dorian himself.

The competition can be entered by anyone, all you need to do is to spend £20 on ANY DY Product available from the gym or via our online store.

For each £20 spent you will receive one entry, spend £40 get two tickets, spend £60 get three tickets etc.

1st prize is a Blood n’ Guts DY HIT Session with Mr Yates himself! **

2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th place prizes will be DY accessories signed by Dorian

Dorian will pick the winners himself on the day of the visit so be sure to bring your training clothes and accessories.

** To claim first prize you must be available to attend the event on December 4th 4pm here at Strength Asylum. If your name is drawn and you are not in attendance on the day you will be awarded 2nd prize and another name will be drawn out. 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th place prizes will be DY accessories signed by Dorian.

This event is FREE to ALL Strength Asylum members !!!

Non members are also welcome. Tickets for non members are priced at £20.

If non members wish to take part in the competition, you must also purchase a minimum £20’s worth on DY products from Strength Asylum gym or at our online store

Schedule

Dorian will put the lucky winner through a full workout giving advice and instructions on techniques he used to win the Mr Olympia 6 times.

In between sets Dorian will interact with the audience explaining and answering questions related to the workout.

After the training session Dorian will hold a short Q&A where you will be able to ask any other questions you might have.

After the Q&A, everyone will get the opportunity to get a photo’s and autographs from Dorian.

Throughout the event Dorian’s Team from DY Nutrition will be here giving out a variety of samples & merchandise.

Everyone in attendance will receive a FREE signed A3 Dorian Yates poster
