Why Learn with Move Well?

The Move Well Education workshops are written and presented by Chris Peil. Chris has been working in the fitness industry for over 15 years and has been a Trainer/Assessor for over 7 years. Chris has worked for two of the UK’s largest fitness training providers winning a national award in 2010 for his education delivery.

‘Thank you very much for everything you have taught me. I’ve learned so much from you. Thanks again, I couldn’t have asked for a better mentor.’ Garry Tao. One of Chris’ learners.

The Move Well Education workshops have been designed by Chris to enable you to screen clients and improve their movement, then programme appropriately within their limitations and manage risk levels and rehabilitate injuries. The work Chris has done in this area has led to him personally working with some of the UK’s and world’s  top strength athletes including:

Eddie Hall – World’s Strongest Man, Deadlift World Record Holder, 6 x UK’s Strongest Man, 5 x Britain’s Strongest Man.

Zydrunas Savickas – 4 x World’s Strongest Man, 8 x Arnold Strongman Classic Winner, 2 x IFSA Strongman World Champion. Most decorated strength athlete in history.

In addition Chris’ corrective exercise work has helped numerous clients come off opiate painkillers after years of dependency and even helped clients avoid scheduled major surgery:

‘I’ve been working with Chris for some time. I used to be in constant pain and was facing invasive neck surgery with and orthopaedic surgeon warning of ‘catastrophic’ implications should it go wrong. Chris has succeeded where physios, chiropractic, osteopathy and my GP failed. My strength, posture and mobility have improved immensely and I’m no longer medicated and am pretty much pain free.’
